01 — Buying a place in the film
The final terms will explain eligibility, the purchase process, sequential frame allocation, pricing milestones, currency, taxes, and when a reservation becomes confirmed. All figures in this preview are sample values.
02 — Contributing your work
This section will describe accepted formats, upload deadlines, technical processing, moderation, and the steps to take if a contribution needs changes. See the content guidelines outline.
03 — Rights and permissions
The final agreement will set out ownership of submitted material and the permissions needed to edit, display, promote, archive, and distribute it as part of the film, including social clips and possible commercial use. Any financial participation or lack of it must be explicit before checkout.
04 — Refunds and cancellations
The final refund policy will address cancellations, duplicate or failed payments, rejected content, missing uploads, and any technical inability to include a contribution, alongside applicable consumer rights.
05 — The finished project
This section will explain the project’s completion criteria, availability, potential distribution, and what happens if the project changes or cannot be completed.
06 — Project operator and questions
The operating entity, contact details, applicable jurisdiction, dispute process, and effective date will be added to the reviewed terms before launch.
