01 — Make it yours
The film is imagined as a home for original video, photography, animation, and visual experiments. Final guidelines will explain the rights and permissions needed for every element of a contribution, including music and identifiable people.
02 — Consider who’s watching
The published guidelines will set clear limits for harmful, hateful, exploitative, or unlawful material, harassment, private information, and graphic or explicit content.
03 — Fit the frame
File formats, resolution, aspect ratio, audio specifications, and size limits are still to come. Contributions will be processed to fit the selected frame count and the film’s 24fps timeline. Uploads are not enabled in this preview.
04 — A little care before the premiere
The final moderation process will explain review, revision requests, rejected contributions, appeals, and how those outcomes interact with the refund policy.
05 — Something needs attention?
A reporting contact and a process for rights concerns, privacy requests, and content complaints will be available before the film opens for contributions.
